Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.

Implement and support IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, federation, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

Define identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.

Develop and maintain IAM standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

Integrate applications with IAM platforms using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.

Lead IAM modernization and cloud identity initiatives for Azure AD, AWS, and GCP environments.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls.

Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments, and recommend remediation strategies.

Support audits and compliance requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and ISO 27001.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and operations teams.

Develop automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on IAM architecture.

Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock).

Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Federation, and PAM solutions.

Strong understanding of cloud security and Zero Trust principles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
