IAM Architect

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect to provide strategic direction and architectural oversight for identity and access management solutions. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing IAM systems while ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally to deliver enhanced solutions, drive automation improvements, and lead complex initiatives within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide planning, development, monitoring, and delivery of IAM services.Lead architectural design for new and enhanced IAM solutions.Support design, development, testing, and deployment of IAM projects.Recommend process improvements and automation to increase productivity.Ensure system availability and adherence to best practices.Serve as a multidisciplinary expert in IAM, providing guidance across teams.Execute strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall organizational productivity.Required Qualifications & Skills: 12+ years of experience in IAM, security, or related fieldsStrong experience with Okta and identity management standardsProficient in SQL and database systemsHands-on experience with IAM workflows, access management, and security protocolsSolid knowledge of Information Security, SDLC, and system architecture principlesStrong leadership and analytical abilitiesProven capability to manage complex initiatives and guide cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Architect to provide strategic direction and architectural oversight for identity and access management solutions.
