In-House Architect/ Project Manager

In-House Architect/Project Manager Responsibilities: Design & Brand Stewardship: Oversee and knowledgeable architectural drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings that translate the company's brand vision into functional, aesthetically aligned hospitality spaces. Contractor & Vendor Oversight: Source, vet, and manage General Contractors and MEP engineers, conducting regular site visits to guarantee high-quality workmanship and safety. In-House Architect/Project Manager Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management, specifically within the hospitality or retail sectors. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) and project management tools like Procore or Monday.com Multi-State Knowledge: Deep understanding of state building codes and experience navigating the Los Angeles-area permitting process.
