Industrial Project Architect

Industrial Project Architect This role offers an experienced Project Architect the opportunity to lead and support industrial facility projects, including refineries and petrochemical sites, while working from Houston, Texas or remotely. Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Project Architect.Demonstrated experience delivering industrial facility projects such as refineries, petrochemical plants, and other inside-the-fence industrial sites.Proficiency with Revit for architectural design, modeling, and construction documentation.Proficiency with Navisworks for model review and coordination.Strong experience in architectural design and construction administration for industrial facilities.Experience preparing and assembling complete construction documents and drawing packages.Experience issuing and managing RFIs for projects in the bidding or construction phases.Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural detailing for industrial facilities.Experience working on the exterior of buildings in an industrial context.Professional qualification as an Architect.Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with power generation or power plant projects is a plus.Experience using E3D or SmartPlant 3D is a plus.Registered Architect status with the ability to transfer registration to Utah and North Dakota is a significant advantage.Experience in industrial facilities engineering is beneficial.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
