Industry X - Senior OT Architect | Senior Manager

The Work: • Assess clients' current manufacturing technology landscapes, including MES, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and historian systems, and define target state architectures that bridge OT and IT • Design integration architectures across ISA 95 levels, addressing connectivity from the shop floor through the enterprise, including edge, on premise, and cloud components • Build digital manufacturing roadmaps grounded in technical feasibility, sequencing investments against operational constraints like production uptime, legacy system dependencies, and cybersecurity requirements • Translate plant floor operational needs into solution designs that engineering, IT, and business stakeholders can align on • Develop business cases that quantify the value of manufacturing technology modernization, including OEE improvement, quality gains, and reduced unplanned downtime • Lead small delivery teams through full lifecycle implementation, from requirements and design through commissioning and hypercare in live production environments • Serve as the technical authority on engagements, guiding clients through vendor selection, platform decisions, and build vs. buy tradeoffs See more information on our benefits here: New York City, NY If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with Accenture and have accommodation needs such as for a disability or religious observance, please call us toll free at 1 (877) 889-9009 or send us an email or speak with your recruiter.
