Informatica Architect

· Hands-on experience as Informatica Architect supporting enterprise on-prem Informatica platforms.

· Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter architecture, Domain, Repository and Integration Services.

· Strong knowledge of MDM -C360 and interfaces of external system to onboard the data into MDM

· Experience in defining the process for new ETL workflow and design the process.

· Work with developers to align the requirement and business requirement to be translated into specs.

· Extensive experience in production support, incident, problem management and RCA.

· Hands-on experience in Informatica upgrades, patching and environmentally refresh activities.

· Strong Unix/Linux and Oracle / SQL Server database knowledge.

· Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.

· Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).

· Experience with enterprise schedulers like Control-M / Autosys.

· Informatica certification preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end Informatica on-prem platform architecture and stability.

· Act as L3 escalation point for Informatica production issues.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

· Guide development teams on ETL standards and best practices.

· Coordinate with Infrastructure, DB and Application teams during upgrades and outages

· Understand business requirements and then convert business requirement into Functional Specifications

· Demonstrate decision making ability and problem-solving skills in these scenarios.

· Ensure that deliverables are recorded, updated and completed in time

· Work on Multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel and proving status update on these items
