Evaluates vendor solutions, selects technology, and collaborates with IT teams to guide the implementation of technical standards Technology Leadership Serve as a technical thought leader guiding enterprise decisions related to cloud engineering, operations, ITSM, and infrastructure services. Build documentation, architectural standards, and technical guidelines to ensure consistency across teams. Strong background in ITSM, service delivery, and operational workflows (ITIL, incident/event/change management). Strong background in TCP/IP services, platform services, network communications protocols and services, security services.
