Bachelor's degree, Civil Engineering or Architecture Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect At least 2-4 years of work experience in planning, design and construction management Has understanding in the development of an Estate including the creation of any other spatial arrangement of buildings, utilities, transport and communications Able to review and evaluate plans, design specifications, bills of materials and cost estimates Ability to coordinate timely submission of design by consultants, internal reviews and feedback, timely availability of construction drawing, and design and planned construction work Can conduct design-stage reviews of the operations and maintenance of the proposed design of site and building grounds components and utilities, and plans and coordinates implementation of related service contracts Can use CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
