Description: Join the dynamic Blue Heron Vision team as an Architectural Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing ground-breaking residential projects. Your role ensures that we embrace and execute the Blue Heron design philosophy in every project. Responsibilities: Champion and refine the project design vision created by the team.Take ownership of delivering high-quality schematic design outputs on time and within budget.Ensure complete and cohesive design intent throughout the project.Prepare documentation for client signoff during the schematic design phase.Engage professionally with internal clients to ensure a smooth design process.Align designs with Blue Heron philosophies and brand identity.Create and manage 3D models, drawings, and other design documentation.Assist in preparing and conducting design presentations for clients and other stakeholders.Provide constructive design-related feedback during project quality assurance walks.Review design sets at the 50% Design Development and 50% Construction Document stages.Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture (related fields may be considered) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional design firm.Consideration of an additional three years of relevant design experience in lieu of formal educational requirements.Portfolio submission upon request must showcase innovative solutions and boundary-pushing designs.Skills:
