Duties

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, JavaScript, React Express, and other modern frameworks.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols utilizing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and other security best practices.
Manage version control using GitHub and SVN, ensuring code quality through code reviews and continuous integration.
Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, leveraging their infrastructure services for scalability and reliability.
Conduct testing and debugging across multiple environments including Linux, Windows, and cloud-based systems.
Participate actively in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality features on time.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Python for application development along with experience in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks like React.
Extensive knowledge of web development principles including RESTful API design, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails for backend integration tasks when applicable.
Experience working with databases like MySQL and SQL Server; knowledge of C#, Java, C++, C programming languages is a plus.
Understanding of application security concepts including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and secure API integrations.
Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub, SVN, and tools like Jenkins or similar CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience with Linux system administration for deployment and troubleshooting purposes.
Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong foundation in software engineering principles is essential.
