The consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of UNICEF Lebanon's office space with the objective of enhancing the overall workplace environment, improving space utilization, and promoting fairness and transparency in workspace allocation across sections. Based on the assessment, the consultant will develop practical design options that optimize the use of available space while improving collaboration, privacy, accessibility, comfort, and employee experience. Issuance of a visa by the host country of the duty station is required for IP positions and will be facilitated by UNICEF. As per Article 101, paragraph 3, of the Charter of the United Nations, the paramount consideration in the employment of the staff is the necessity of securing the highest standards of efficiency, competence, and integrity.
