Interior Architect / Project Architect

5+ years of professional architecture experience in commercial or institutional projects Experience with laboratory and/or creative workplace design highly desired Knowledge of the Seattle building code and experience with local permitting process Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and positively contribute to project teams Strong organizational skills and thorough understanding of design and construction processes Advanced knowledge of sustainable design practices and project delivery Ability to work on multiple complex projects concurrently Proficiency in AutoDesk software, particularly Revit, required Digital visualization and graphics skills (Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, vRay, Enscape, etc.) a plus Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
