Interior Architecture Draftsman

Design Firm is seeking an experienced Interior Architecture Draftsman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in residential interior architecture and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction documents, electrical plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork drawings, fabrication.Produce accurate drafting packages from design concepts and project specifications.Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout project development.Assist with space planning, field measurements, and drawing revisions.Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.Support multiple luxury residential projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and deadlines.Conduct site visits to verify conditions and support construction administration.Facilitate site documentation to produce accurate existing conditions drawings.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in interior architecture drafting, residential architecture, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience is a plus.Strong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and building / architectural systems.Experience producing comprehensive construction, Architectural system details and millwork drawing packages.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Interior design, architecture, or related degree preferred.What We're Looking For
