Intermediate Architect

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals on all aspects of project design and development under the direct supervision of a Project Architect and Project Manager. Implement project design philosophy and work toward the successful execution of the project through design and construction phasesDevelop design and technical drawings, visualizations, and studies in collaboration with project leadersManage time and organize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines, including oversight of junior team membersCollaborate with the project team, including direct coordination with design consultantsParticipate in team meetings and client presentations, working closely with multidisciplinary teamsOversee all aspects of BIM modeling, mentoring and training more junior staff in a constructive and thoughtful mannerResearch and promote opportunities for new or innovative system applications; proactively look for and implement processes to improve work product and efficiency.Demonstrate initiative in problem solving and seek guidance when necessary from team leadershipEngage with the project and studio team with a positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the project and firm’s success We offer robust coaching and professional development resources to support your growth, including training programs, mentoring, and reimbursement for licensing exams and professional memberships.
