Intermediate Architect

Responsibilities Code review and interpretation, including practical project application to support other staff members Participating in the creation and planning of the conceptual design of a project Assisting with client presentations Production of construction documents гồipermit documentation and submission Coordinating with consultants and teammates throughout a project Adhering to project budgets and schedules Working with a team of designers in developing technical solutions to design ideas Quality control To be a successful team member at Carson Design Associates, you must have the ability to identify red flags and a desire to know and learn more, always asking questions and determining if there is a better way. Qualifications A collaborative and professional work ethic Knowledge of interior architecture, separados design, and concepts, along with the ability to support the firm’s new construction and exterior work Knowledge of architectural design documentation, detailing, building materials and systems, and construction techniques Knowledge of general architecture practice including programming, site planning, structural concepts, building codes, and accessibility requirements An understanding of document deliverables in all phases of design Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Creative problem‑solving abilities Some experience with contract language and liability Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Presentation and graphic communication skills Experience in performing duties in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines The ability to take initiative within your work Experience with specification writing or editing preferred
