Immediate Opening – Intermediate Architectural Designer
A Miami-based architecture practice is seeking an intermediate-level Architectural Designer / Architect with 5–8 years of experience. Established for nearly a decade, our highly ambitious, design-driven firm produces high-quality architecture with a focus on high-end residential projects.
Candidate Requirements:
5–8 years of professional experience
Experience in high-end single-family residential design
Strong experience in construction documents and permitting
Understanding of applicable codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
Strong design and drafting skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong attention to detail, highly organized
Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
