Intermediate Architect (Design Coordination)

S9 is seeking an Intermediate Architect to contribute to the design and delivery of complex urban projects while growing into increasing levels of responsibility within the studio. You will work closely with Project Architects, Design Principals, and consultant teams to develop design ideas, coordinate technical systems, and translate design intent into built work. You will be part of S9?s open studio environment, where collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning shape how we work. Design Contribution • Contribute to design across all project phases, from concept through construction • Advance design intent through drawings, models, and iterative studies • Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to presentations As You Grow Within The Role, You Will • Take ownership of defined portions of projects (unit layouts, fa ade systems, coordination packages, etc.)
