Job Description:
We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join a world-renowned architecture and design studio in New York. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative, large-scale projects across sectors including transportation, workspace, higher education, science & technology, hospitality, and residential.
The ideal candidate is a strong designer who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to communicate design ideas effectively and work closely with multidisciplinary teams. This position provides exposure to all phases of the design process, technical development, and opportunities to work on net-zero carbon and sustainable design initiatives.
The requirements of the role are:
Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).
4–9 years of professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in Revit (required).
Working knowledge of Rhino (prioritized) and Grasshopper (useful).
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Experience working as part of medium to large-sized project teams.
Familiarity with net-zero carbon design projects is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
