Their portfolio includes a range of residential and mixed-use developments, with a particular focus on multi-family housing. We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in multi-family residential projects who is confident working across all project phases. The successful candidate will bring strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. Leadership potential and a desire to mentor junior staff will be highly valued.
The requirements of the role are:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture Experience in multi-family residential projects strongly preferred Strong design background with technical ability to deliver across project phases Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
