Intermediate Architect/Designer

This position will require knowledge of many conventional aspects of architectural practice with an emphasis on Construction Documents. Working with a Project Manager/Project Architect, the Intermediate Architect/Designer will Take 100% Schematic Design and early Design Development drawings into Construction Documents. They will work with the Principal/Project Managers and Business Manager to tailor each set of drawings to the scope, budget and fee of the project at hand and the delivery method appropriate to the project. They will incorporate best practices in the construction industry, red-mark drawings already produced, generate additional necessary documents, oversee Junior production staff as the drawings are developed, and be responsible for quality control in the content and appearance of the documents.
