Intermediate Architect / Designer - Los Angeles, CA The ideal candidate is passionate about design and architectural practice while bringing creativity, adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar architectural role.Experience with architectural services from pre-design through construction documentation and project close-out.Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building design.Knowledge of building codes, structural and MEP systems, FF&E, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.Experience with project and consultant coordination.Strong design conception and presentation skills.Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and solving problems independently.Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively without constant supervision.Proficiency with Revit for design and coordination.Advanced proficiency with SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
