Your impact

We’re looking for an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our Buildings & Infrastructure team in Texas. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of impactful projects while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to create thoughtful, sustainable, and innovative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support architectural design efforts from concept through construction documentationDevelop drawings, models, and design solutions using Revit and BIM workflowsAssist in preparing presentations, renderings, and client deliverablesCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated project outcomesParticipate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas to project teamsApply knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods to design solutionsSupport construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals and RFIsContribute to maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and documentation consistency

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program3–7 years of professional experience in architectural designProgress toward architectural licensure (AXP in progress preferred)Proficiency in Revit required; familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools preferredWorking knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction documentationStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and contribute effectively in a team environment

Ideally you’ll also have

Experience in sectors such as commercial, civic, healthcare, science & technology, or higher educationFamiliarity with sustainable design practices (LEED Green Associate or interest in accreditation)Exposure to large or multi-disciplinary project environmentsInterest in developing long-term career growth within a global A/E firm

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $116,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
