Compensation: $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience

Tonab Architecture, PLLC is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our New York City office. This position is for a designer with architectural experience in all phases of a project with a focus on Construction Documents executed in REVIT.

Tonab Architecture, PLLC is a small New York architecture firm serving the K–12 education, aviation, and healthcare sectors. We are seeking a designer with project experience to participate in teams for complex projects in the public realm.

About The Role

The ideal candidate brings architectural judgment, project experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for quality and execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following:

5-year Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture.Minimum 2 years of work experience.Knowledge and experience in the preparation of construction drawings sets, design detailing, and coordination of building materials and assemblies.Ability to communicate efficiently and work in a team environment.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with REVIT and BIM 360.Proficient in Autocad skills, Bluebeam a plus.Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.LEED Accreditation a plus
