Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar softwareSkills in design development, drafting, and construction documentationExperience in residential design, including master planning, multi-family, and custom homesStrong understanding of sustainability principles in architectural designEffective collaboration and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldLicensure or progress toward architectural licensure is a plus
