Role Description

This full-time Intermediate Studio Associate role involves supporting the design and execution of residential architecture projects. Responsibilities include developing schematic designs, creating construction documentation, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar softwareSkills in design development, drafting, and construction documentationExperience in residential design, including master planning, multi-family, and custom homesStrong understanding of sustainability principles in architectural designEffective collaboration and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary teamAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldLicensure or progress toward architectural licensure is a plus
