Job Type: Contract - W2 Only

We are looking for a highly skilled IoT Architect (L3) with strong Industrial Automation & IIoT experience to support critical OT environments and large‑scale manufacturing operations.

Role Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate industrial devices, machines & equipment with MES for real‑time data collectionAnalyze manufacturing processes to identify automation & efficiency improvementsTroubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for PLC / SCADA / HMI systemsEnable automation of manual processes using PLCs & controllers for IIoT applicationsAct as Incident Owner for escalated OT / infrastructure issuesCoordinate with OEMs & third‑party vendors for issue resolutionPerform device health checks, firmware & driver managementMaintain service documentation and execute scheduled maintenance

Required Technical Skills:

Strong experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA & OPC UAIndustrial protocols: IEC60870‑5‑101/104, DNP3, MODBUS, OPCNetworking: DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Gateways, RoutersIoT protocols: MQTT, CoAP, AMQPIT‑OT integration tools: Kepware, IgnitionExpertise in IIoT platforms (monitoring, productivity, anomaly detection, utilization)Understanding of OT Service Management & Incident Management processes
