IT Architecture Lead Architect - AI

This role ensures that AI systems are scalable, secure, and deeply aligned with enterprise platforms and strategic objectives. The Lead Architect manages medium to large work efforts as assigned by leadership, with primary upward interaction directed to their direct leader and executive IT leadership, and regular engagement across peers and other management levels, bringing together deep technical expertise across data science, software engineering, and AI frameworks with the strategic perspective needed to translate complex business challenges into intelligent, high-impact solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and integrate AI into core business functions Oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects that are assigned Additional responsibilities as identified. Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and professionalism, fostering productive working relationships Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization AlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support our employees’ work-life integration.
