IT Engineer/Architect

Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - Understand current technical architecture and functionality of systems - Understand business goals and make sure architecture supports goals - Work with whoever needed to achieve goals: developers, security, other applications teams, Enterprise Architect, Business Partners Typical task breakdown: - Work with Coupa application and integration that enable it - Gather requirements from various business partners and create design documents - Oversee testing to verify results are as expected - Work with developers to understand implement solutions - Work with other application teams to deploy new functionality and resolve issues through architecture changes - Conduct experiments with technology develop solutions - Use data to make recommendations and support decisions Interaction with team: - Working with internal business partners and various developers. - Direct Team consists of 4 Client employees and managed services provided by external suppliers Work environment: Onsite site full time ( 5 days a week) Education & Experience Required: - Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years exp in this capacity Required Technical Skills (Required) - IT related experience doing application Development, Support, and Architecture - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle - Prior experience creating architecture diagrams and design documentation - Successfully implemented both API and ETL based integration architectures - Prior experience working with Saas and cloud based technologies - Experience working with major applications with that serve thousands of users located globally. Top candidate will have experience with: - Snowflake - Snaplogic - SQL - Python - AI - Github/Devops Soft Skills - Strong written and verbal communication - Strong accountability, planning/organization, teamwork, and customer focus - Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints - Ability to self-learn new skills or technologies
