Providing enterprise-level architectural leadership, the full-time IT Solutions Architect will drive technology strategy and establish architectural standards for GSA's internal HR systems in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and long-term HR technology planning Develop architectural standards, patterns, and reference architectures for HR systems and integrations Guide technology selection and modernization roadmaps while advising senior leadership on strategic technology direction Required qualifications US Citizen BA/BS plus 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience in software development, engineering, or IT; or equivalent experience with 5 to 7+ years in a lead, principal, or enterprise architect role Proven success in designing and overseeing complex, multisystem enterprise solutions Extensive leadership experience in driving technical strategy and guiding development and architecture teams
