- Provide technical design, prototype development, and support to program management in the initiation, design, development, implementation, maintenance and management of service- based enterprise architecture. - Lead architectural design and solution development for complex government applications. - Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams throughout the SDLC. - Experience with government proposal development and solution leadership.
