Strong architectural documentation skills, including experience preparing construction drawings, details, and specifications for commercial or mixed-use projects.Proficiency with relevant design and production software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic Adobe tools) and the ability to learn firm-specific systems and standards.Working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, ADA requirements, and permitting processes, with the ability to apply them to project documentation.Demonstrated ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams, including managing information, deadlines, and responses to comments.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project schedules, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; progress toward architectural licensure or professional registration is preferred.Prior experience in an architectural firm, ideally in a Job Captain or intermediate project role on commercial, retail, or mixed-use projects.Ability to work on-site in Denver, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and support a culture of continuous learning and inclusive professional practice. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4+ years of professional experience, strong Revit proficiency, and the ability to coordinate project documentation from design through construction.
