Job Captain

The Job Captain is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, collaborating with multiple disciplines to provide design solutions of the highest quality. Minimum requirements for this position include: NCARB registration complete and progression of reported AXP (IDP) hours Registered Architect in the State of California preferred Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field Five to seven years of architecture and project management experience Demonstrated use of REVIT and/or AutoCAD to effectively produce construction documents Understanding of the basic construction systems of walls, roofs, doors, and windows Knowledge of building code concepts and their application to project design Effective time management skills, setting goals, prioritizing, and completing tasks on time Self-motivated and committed to personal and firm growth TETER has adopted a hybrid work model with staff in the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and able to work remotely from home on Mondays and Fridays. #J-18808-Ljbffr TETER
