Job Captain - Architect (6-9 years experience)

We’re looking for a Job Captain who is excited to learn and get in the trenches of all scales and scopes, from large adaptive reuse to small-scale TI projects. Learn Omgivning standards and take responsibility for the implementation of standards within the office and in projectsUse local codes and lead the permitting process with Project Managers to implement requirements and take projects through city agency coordinationIndependently work through significant architectural design problems and methods to develop solutions and options with the project teamHelp execute and manage deliverables and delegate production to staff with assistance from Project ManagersServe as a resource for peers and junior staffManage the Revit Model and project documentationClose collaboration with Project Managers to maintain project timeline, deliverable deadlines, task delegation, consultant and client meeting coordination, and development of design and detailingParticipate and assist in in-house committees as desired
