Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited school10-15 years of experience as an architectural designer, with a focus on all aspects of architecture and interiors building experience, from programming to construction administrationProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling softwareExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plusExperience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Parametric Modeling a plusKnowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferredOutstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideasFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentAbility to communicate design ideas and direct others in an effective and efficient mannerA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentStrong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skillsLicensed/Registered Architect is a bonus, on the path to licensure strongly preferred Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
