JPark Architects is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Architectural Designer to join our office in Los Angeles. Opportunity to gain experience in Multi-unit, Affordable Housing, Retail, Hotel, and various mid to large-scale projects from Concept Design to Construction Documents. Candidates should be able to exhibit the following qualifications: Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture1-5 years of full-time work experience preferredDemonstrates a strong ability to work as part of a teamProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Adobe Creative SuiteApplicant must provide sample work that demonstrates applicable work experienceMust be eligible to work in the United StatesSalary shall be commensurate with skill level and experienceYear-end Bonus, Paid Time Off (10 Days), Holidays (10 Days), Medical & Dental Insurance Benefits & 401(K) providedH-1B visa sponsorship
