This opening is for a full-time role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work. As a Junior Architect, you will work, with the supervision of the Project Manager, throughout all phases of the project delivery cycle, from design and permitting to construction administration. Responsibilities include preparing feasibility studies, concept designs, 3d renderings, permit plans, site visits and more. Project types will range primarily from residential to multi-family, with some commercial and industrial as well. Qualifications
Must have MINIMUM 3 years of experience working for an architecture firm.Must have permanent residence within Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)Experience in Construction Administration is a bonusFocused & proficient while working from homeProficiency in AutoCAD & Revit is a must!Critical thinking & problem solving skillsStrong time management & organizational skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in team settingMust have own transportation to and from project sites
