Junior Architect

Working alongside senior leadership, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and development partners, the Junior Architect will assist with design reviews, construction documentation, permitting coordination, consultant communication, and project tracking to help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the company’s vision for quality and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented architectural professional with an interest in real estate development, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and construction-related projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their architectural career who is eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with development teams, consultants, and contractors on impactful projects across South Florida. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in architecture, design coordination, development, construction, or a related field preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction documents, architectural plans, and specifications.Familiarity with design development, construction documentation, permitting, and project coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/documentation software preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with the ability to track project documents, deadlines, and deliverables.Interest in real estate development, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.Working toward architectural licensure is preferred but not required.
