The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about residential design and construction, with excellent 3d design, diagramming and presentation skills. You should also be comfortable working in an office, be self-motivated, and willing to take on a variety of roles within a small firm environment. Experience with residential building construction documents is a plus. · Degree in Architecture (min 4 year undergrad) · Experience with permit and construction documents for new and remodel SFD projects.
