Junior Architect/Interior Designer (High-End Residential | 0–3 Years)

ZWP’s Los Angeles office is dedicated to the full-scope design and development of high-end custom residences and condominium projects. We are seeking a motivated and design-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career designers (0–3 years of experience) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in high-end residential design and development. This role offers exposure to luxury custom residences and provides opportunities to grow in design development, documentation, detailing, and construction-phase coordination. Strong interest in high-end residential design Basic understanding of construction documentation and detailing Strong graphic and visual communication skills Organized, proactive, and willing to learn Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with California building codes is a plus Clear and professional communicator with a calm, organized, and self-directed approach to work Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented residential environment Position Details Schedule: 40 hrs/week Duration: Full Time Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Benefits, 401k, PTO, Performance Bonus To Apply
