Junior Architectural Designer / Residential Revit Drafter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong Revit skills to assist with residential architectural projects. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about residential design, eager to learn, and comfortable sharing ideas and voicing their opinions as part of a collaborative team environment. Candidates should be comfortable preparing residential drawing sets and contributing throughout the design and documentation process.
Responsibilities
Develop and modify residential projects in RevitPrepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedulesAssist with construction and permit documentsPlot and print drawing setsIncorporate revisions and coordinate project changesQualifications
Proficiency in Revit requiredExperience producing residential construction documents preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred
Previous experience in an architectural officeKnowledge of residential construction and permitting processes
