Junior Project Architect

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with years of professional experience to join our growing team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will lead the technical coordination and documentation of complex architectural projects, ensuring that design intent translates into technically sound, constructable, and high-quality deliverables. Manage technical team operations, delegate tasks, and coordinate QA/QC across project phases Oversee clash detection, coordination, code compliance, and enforce firm standards and BIM best practices Balance team workload, anticipate challenges, and align project resources with timelines Collaborate with leadership to document processes and strengthen institutional knowledge sharing Bachelor's degree in architecture ~Proven experience in construction administration and quality management ~ Proficiency in BIM tools (REVIT, AutoCAD) and design software (Clarity, Pirros, Avail) ~ Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects RATIO offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending, and a wellness program available to employees and dependents.
