Junior Solutions Architect

Supporting the Customer Experience team, the full-time Junior Solutions Architect will assess business opportunities and assist in developing strategies to address technical challenges while working remotely. Key responsibilities Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodologies to expedite customer value realization Provide thought leadership on API integration for Automation and Workflow management Conduct business process analyses and align technology solutions with business initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience Two or more years of business analysis and consulting experience related to enterprise software implementation Two or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
