Work across functions (Operations, Bid/BD, Growth enablement, Communications, HR, Legal/Compliance) to align knowledge priorities to business strategy and delivery needs. Experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy or a closely related discipline. Experience using data and analytics to measure knowledge adoption and improve content health and user journeys. Stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to drive adoption in a matrix environment.
