Leading end-to-end knowledge management efforts, the temporary remote Knowledge Management Architect will develop, govern, and maintain a knowledge base that supports AI-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality information delivery to users. Key responsibilities Author high-quality knowledge articles and documentation aligned with organizational events and stakeholder needs Enforce knowledge governance policies, including content approval workflows and review cycles Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate representation of specialized knowledge Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrated expertise in Content Architecture Strong capabilities in Analytical Storytelling Proven Project Management skills
