Responsibilities may include: Lead site planning, conceptual design, planting design, grading, and production of construction documentsPrepare construction details, planting plans, specifications, and cost estimatesCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and permitting agenciesManage project schedules, budgets, and QA/QCContribute to proposals, permitting, project closeout, and client/stakeholder presentationsQualifications Licensed Landscape Architect preferred but not required2+ years professional experience in landscape architecture or related design/engineering practice; 5+ years preferredBachelor's Degree in Landscape ArchitectureStrong technical documentation skills; proficient in AutoCAD.
