The Landscape Architect II position is a mid-level role for a motivated, technically strong Landscape Architect ready to contribute immediately to a wide range of project types, including public parks, zoos, civic spaces, mixed-use developments, and aquatic facilities. Support design development and technical production for landscape architecture projectsProduce high-quality construction documents, technical details, and specificationsAssist in concept design, site planning, grading, and planting designPrepare construction documents, graphics, and 3D renderingsCollaborate with internal teams and external consultants across disciplinesApply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologiesParticipate in project meetings and assist in presenting design conceptsEnsure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of drawings and technical documentationCommunicate effectively with project teams and stakeholdersDesign & Technical Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited University5–10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated strong performanceLicensed Landscape Architect (preferred) or actively pursuing licensure (required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with public parks, civic spaces, or site development projects preferredFamiliarity with Revit, Rhino, or other modeling toolsDemonstrated experience preparing construction documents and technical drawings.Preferred Skills: Progress toward or completion of LARE licensureExperience with sustainable design and ecological systemsExperience with community engagementKnowledge of planting design and site systemsLEED accreditation or interest in sustainable design practicesOffice Hours: Standard office hours.
