RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop site plans, landscape plans, planting designs, grading concepts, and hardscape details for public and private projects.Prepare conceptual designs, renderings, and graphics for master plans, community engagement, and funding applications.Produce construction documents, details, and specifications in coordination with multi-disciplinary project teams.Participate in client meetings, public presentations, and community input sessions.Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration to ensure design intent is achieved.Support project pursuits and proposals with design concepts and graphic content.
