Compensation: Competitive salary and generous bonuses issued twice per year.Insurance: We pay about 80% of medical/dental/vision insurance premiums for you and your family and 100% of short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance premiums.Simple IRA Match: Eligibility to contribute to a Simple IRA plan with an employer match of up to 3% of your annual compensation.Paid Leave: Flexible leave programs including paid time off, sick leave, and others.Paid Parking: we’re in a renovated open office space located in a historic building in downtown Grand Rapids and we pay for employee parking in one of the nearby lots.Reimbursements: we reimburse in-part or in-whole for professional registrations, cell phone, and exam costs for licensure.Culture: we area a team of people who listen to the client and prioritize collaboration when delivering excellent work and building lasting relationships.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or similar from an accredited program.5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven portfolio of design work and successful project completions.Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Revit.Excellent graphic presentation and communication skills.Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and plant materials.Familiarity with local zoning codes, environmental regulations, and sustainable design standards.Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks for multiple projects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.Certifications:Licensed Landscape Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure).LEED accreditation or similar sustainability certification is a plus.Please include your cover letter connecting your unique experience to the position, plus your resume, portfolio, and compensation requirements.Any application missing any of the requested information may not be considered.
