Dwyer DesignScapes, located in Louisville, KY, is currently seeking a Landscape Architect with at least three to five years experience with Residential Design/Build projects to join our team. We are a full-service landscape company specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of some of the most notable Landscapes, Hardscapes, and Outdoor Living Spaces in the Louisville area.

Candidate must live in or near Louisville, KY or be willing to relocate. Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced collaborative setting and possess the ability to multi-task and meet client expectations. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

Experience in Residential Design/Build
Strong Design background, Plant knowledge, & Attention to Detail
Project Management, Time Management, & Leadership skills are a plus
Must be Honest, Dependable, & Trustworthy
Experience with DynaScapes or similar CAD software
Must be comfortable meeting directly with Clients
Effective Communication, Listening, & Presentation skills
Eagerness to Learn, Teach, Train, & Motivate others

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture OR equivalent with experience in Design/Build

Sign-on Bonus $5000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
