Position: Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect Type: Part-Time, Contract (Freelance) Experience Required: 3–5 years in a professional landscape architecture firm Location: Flexible/Remote with occasional site visits Opportunity: Potential transition to full-time employment We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer with proven experience in a landscape architecture firm and a strong understanding of the luxury market. 3–5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture or design firm Demonstrated ability to design for luxury residential projects and high-end clientele Proficiency in CAD drafting, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design visualization tools Strong knowledge of planting design, site planning, and construction documentation Familiarity with zoning codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a freelance capacity Flexible, part-time contract work with competitive compensation Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our firm expands Exposure to diverse projects blending architecture, landscape, and construction in the luxury market A collaborative environment that values creativity, efficiency, and client satisfaction Landscape design: 3 years (Preferred)
