Lead landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration.Independently manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and municipal staff.Coordinate project consultants including civil engineers, irrigation designers, structural engineers, lighting consultants, and other team members.Monitor project budgets and keep projects on budget while meeting billing goals.Prepare and review landscape plans, specifications, and presentation materials.Conduct site visits and provide construction administration assistance.Participate in client presentations and project meetings.Assist with business development efforts and proposal preparation.Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative office culture.WHAT YOU BRINGMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management.
